We are at a pivotal point in American health care.
More than 20 million Americans have been able to get quality health insurance under the Affordable Care Act with landmark protections like guaranteed preventive care and being able to get coverage even if you have a pre-existing condition.
This has led to the highest percentage of Americans with health coverage in history. Yet, we know millions more – including 100,000 Nebraskans like Shawn – still don’t have a way to afford health insurance at all.
Will you make a call today to support quality health care in Nebraska? Please call the offices of Nebraska’s U.S. Senators and urge them to strengthen, not tear down, the improvements made to the health insurance system and take the next step to make sure everyone can get the coverage they need.

Speak to the Senators’ staff members and tell them we can’t go back to the days where Nebraskans could be denied coverage because they had a previous illness or be dropped from their coverage just because they got sick.
And we can’t let 20 million Americans – including the 84,000 Nebraskans who got coverage through the Marketplace last year – lose their health insurance.
